Newfoundland and Labrador Tele-Oncology Program (2004-05): Developing, in partnership with Newport Bay Consulting Services Ltd., an evaluation framework to assess the viability, impact and sustainability of the use of ICTs for clinical consultation and knowledge sharing in an integrated model that can be replicated for other specialties and in other jurisdictions.
Makerere University , Uganda (2004): Developing, in partnership with Newport Bay Consulting Services Ltd., an evaluation framework and systems to monitor and evaluate the impact of a pilot telemedicine project (that includes videoconferencing and ‘store and forward’ data transmission systems) on education programs and community-based health care.
Patrimoine Canadian Heritage (2004): Benchmarking, in partnership with Newport Bay Consulting Services Ltd., a French Second Language website in terms of best practice in online learning and market penetration to guide future development and funding decisions.
